How we work

A practical inspection path

  1. 01

    Review the drawing

Identify the requirements, features and inspection needs that matter to the part.

  2. 02

    Clarify before production

Raise questions before machining when a requirement or measurement approach needs confirmation.

  3. 03

    Plan and cross-check

Use the agreed drawing and inspection needs to guide production checks and the final cross-check.

  4. 04

    Communicate the result

Keep inspection communication attached to the order and discuss rework when completed work does not meet the agreed requirement.
