What can we help you make?

We focus on CNC milling, CNC turning, 3D printing and finishing requirements that fit our equipment and working methods. Send the drawing or model and we will review the project details by email.

CNC Milling

We use CNC milling for parts whose geometry is produced by computer-controlled rotary cutting tools. Drawings are reviewed for material, quantity, finish and inspection needs before production.

We use CNC turning for rotational parts produced on a computer-controlled lathe. Drawings are reviewed for material, quantity, finish and inspection needs before production.

3D Printing

We provide 3D printing for rapid prototypes and physical design checks. The appropriate process and material are confirmed after reviewing the model and intended use.

Surface Finishing

Finishing requirements are reviewed together with the base material, geometry, appearance and functional requirements. Published examples include 200-grit blasting and red hard anodizing shown in our own media.
